Arsenal are interested in having the 27-year-old Leicester City full-back Timothy Castagne in their ranks ahead of next season.
According to Sacha Tavolieri, Arsenal are in talks to acquire the services of Timothy Castagne. The 27-year-old full-back’s future has been uncertain of late, and the Gunners could push for his services in the summer.
Arsenal have been looking for a new right-back for a while now. They have been heavily linked with 18-year-old Ivan Fresneda. The teenage full-back has done wonders over the last year and has been on their radar.
But, they are not the only club interested in the Real Valladolid full-back and might lose out on him given the number of clubs that are after his services. As a result, Arsenal are keeping a close eye on Timothy Castagne.

He believes adding a new right-sided full-back can help his cause. While Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu have done a decent job, they are not attack-minded full-backs and lack pace. As a result, Arteta is keen on landing a new full-back and has his eyes on Castagne.
With Leicester City relegated to the EFL Championship, quite a few of their players will be available on the market. And, Castagne is one of the players who is expected to part ways ahead of next season.
