Meanwhile, the Brazilian attacker has been a part of Corinthians since his childhood days. And, a lot of big clubs from across Europe have been scouting him for a few years now. With Pedrinho set to be 18 next year, Premier League clubs are all set to push for him.

The 17-year-old made his first team debut on the weekend. He was impressive in his first senior outing despite being on the pitch for just nine minutes. The Brazilian forward’s contract at the club ends in the summer of 2025. However, he could be on his way out in the summer given the interest in his services.

Pedrinho has a €50 million release clause in his contract. However, Corinthians are willing to negotiate a price lower than the clause. Meanwhile, the clubs interested in his services will have to outbid Zenit. The Russian club secured a verbal agreement to match any bid for the 17-year-old while the two clubs negotiated for striker Yuri Alberto last year.

Newcastle United do have the financial capabilities to outbid any club in the world. But, they will surely have to battle it out with a few other top clubs from across Europe who are also interested in Pedrinho.
