West Ham United are interested in signing 25-year-old Brazilian striker Pedro ahead of the next season.

According to a report by Fichajes, West Ham United want to acquire the services of Flamengo striker Pedro in the summer. The London-based club have been keeping an eye on the 25-year-old for a while and are ready to push for his signature.

David Moyes is a big admirer of the player and wants to bring him back to Europe ahead of next season. The West Ham boss is keen on signing a striker. He has identified the former Serie A forward as an important transfer target.

Pedro came through the ranks at the Brazilian club Fluminense before joining Fiorentina back in 2019. After just six months with the Serie A club, he was sent back to Brazil on loan. He failed to impress in the Italian top flight and returned to South America. He joined Flamengo on a permanent basis in the winter transfer window of 2021.

Ever since his return to Brazil, the 25-year-old has found his mojo back. He has been sensational on the pitch and looks all set for a second stint in Europe. In the ongoing season, Pedro has featured in 7 matches and has found the back of the net on nine occasions.
