Ferran Torres joined Barcelona from Manchester City twelve months ago, hoping to kick-start his career. The Spaniard’s decision was somewhat surprising, considering his stature was growing at the Etihad. But moving to Barcelona has not worked as envisioned, as he has been a bit-part player for Xavi Hernandez.
The 22-year-old has started only nine of the 32 available games for Barcelona this season. But Torres has a decent tally of five goals and one assist in 1,009 minutes of game time.
