Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing 30-year-old Spanish striker Borja Iglesias from Real Betis.

According to a report from Fichajes, Borja Iglesias is on Manchester United’s radar ahead of the summer transfer window. Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion are keen on the 30-year-old Spanish striker as well.

Manchester United are looking to add more depth and quality to their attack. And they have identified Borja Iglesias as a potential target. The 30-year-old Spanish striker has a contract with Real Betis until the summer of 2026. And he is likely to cost a premium during the summer transfer window.

It Is no secret that Manchester United need to add more quality to their attack, and the 30-year-old could be the ideal backup option to Marcus Rashford. Alternatively, he could lead the line at Old Trafford next season, leaving Rashford to operate in his natural position as the left-sided forward.

Iglesias has done well in La Liga this season, scoring nine goals and picking up four assists across all competitions. The experienced striker is at the peak of his career right now and the opportunity to make the step up to the Premier League will be attempting proposition for him.
