Graham Potter wants Chelsea to sign Benjamin Sesko

Chelsea have been credited with an interest in 19-year-old Red Bull Salzburg Striker Benjamin Sesko.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Chelsea have a strong interest in Benjamin Sesko and could make an attempt to bring him to London. The Premier League giants are likely to make some changes to their attacking lineup.

Graham Potter is not very content with the current options at his disposal. The Blues have been struggling to find the back of the net, and work needs to be done in an order to resolve their problem.

Their recent takeover prompted new owner Todd Boehly to make some changes to the club, and he has been heavily involved in the transfer business since then. The American businessman has handpicked all the players and is determined to hand over Potter his desired transfer targets.

The west Londoners released Romelu Lukaku on loan and also brought in the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Raheem Sterling to bolster their attack. But neither of them has managed to fill the void vacated by the Belgian forward.

Sesko is scheduled to join RB Leipzig next summer. But it is suggested Chelsea want to use all their resources to secure his services. An offer of €50 million is being mooted by the club, and everything depends on Leipzig’s wishlist.

The 19-year-old Slovenian striker has already made his name with his fluent scoring skills and he could be an instant hit in the Premier League. Leipzig already bought the credentials of the player, and he is currently spending his time on loan with their Austrian sister club.

He is yet to appear for the Bundesliga outfit, and Chelsea are trying to convince the German club to agree to suitable compensation for the young striker. He is destined for much greatness in his career and the Premier League outfit wants to bet on him.

They are also chasing the signature of Brazilian wonderkid Endrick, as it seems they are rebuilding the Chelsea empire from the scratch. Sesko has been heralded pretty highly in the football circuit and could take very little time to acclimatise to the rugged nature of English football.
