Inter Milan are exploring a possible move for Chelsea outcast Christian Pulisic in January.
As per Fichajes, Inter Milan could be interested in agreeing on a deal for Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic in the January transfer window. The winger has fallen down the pecking order and Chelsea will be ready to cash in on him.
Since his much-hyped move to Stamford Bridge from Borussia Dortmund, the 24-year-old has been more of a bit-part player as inconsistency and injury issues have marred his Blues career.
Lack of minutes didn’t hamper his USA career as he went to the World Cup and will take part in the competition with his country’s fate resting on his shoulders. The 24-year-old is unarguably one of the best players in his team and he should prove on the pitch why he should be a frequent starter.
Inter are currently short of wingers and Pulisic can definitely be a solution. The wide player hasn’t had many chances this season and could be keen to take up a new challenge.
The Italian side have a good relationship with the Premier League outfit and could look to agree to a nominal fee as Chelsea would not be able to recoup much given the player’s contract situation. He will enter the final year of his contract next summer.
If he stays fit he could be a brilliant asset for the Nerazzurri who have had an erratic season so far. Simone Inzaghi’s side have grabbed the fifth position in the Serie A table and their chances will only get better if they manage to snatch Pulisic.
Chelsea have not had the ideal situation under Graham Potter and significant changes could be done in January. The attacking department hasn’t really fired as a whole and the new manager will be provided sufficient funds to reshape his squad.
The Blues won’t entertain any loan offers and will be looking to offload the player from their books. Inter already have Romelu Lukaku on loan from Chelsea and could look to add Pulisic to their ranks as well.
