Manchester United, Newcastle United and Tottenham have reportedly expressed the desire to sign €80 million-rated Everton forward Richarlison.

According to UOL, Everton are set to lose out on Richarlison in the summer. The Brazilian is determined to leave Goodison Park at the end of the season and take the next step in his career by moving to a bigger club. Richarlison has stated he wants to continue in the Premier League, which has put Manchester United on alert.

The Red Devils have even launched an enquiry, seeking the possibility of signing the Brazilian international in the summer. They are joined by Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United in the race. Everton currently value Richarlison at a staggering €80 million, but that price tag is likely to reduce if the club get relegated to the Championship.

Richarlison has been a part of Everton for almost four years now, having joined the club back in 2018. Since then, he has racked up 49 goals and 13 assists in 145 competitive matches, emerging as one of the league’s most in-demand forwards while also firmly establishing his place in the Brazilian national team.

Richarlison’s rise in stature has not gone unnoticed, with Manchester United among the clubs interested in securing his services. It appears the Red Devils are targeting the Brazilian as a potential replacement for Edinson Cavani and quite possibly, Marcus Rashford, as the Englishman is reportedly unsettled at Old Trafford and has attracted interest from Barcelona and Liverpool.

Tottenham are another potential destination for Richarlison. The Lilywhites are actively looking for new strikers in the summer amid the uncertain future of Harry Kane. The Everton forward could prove to be an interesting replacement and could build an exciting strike-partnership alongside Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski next season.

Newcastle United, though, could be the dark horse in the race. The Magpies are far from an established team yet, but they are building a super team capable of competing with the big guns in England. Richarlison, to that end, could be the centre-piece of the Newcastle revolution, and his Premier League experience could come in handy in helping Eddie Howe build a formidable attacking unit.

However, Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle could face strong competition from Barcelona and Real Madrid in the race to sign Richarlison, who would jump at the opportunity of playing either of these two Spanish giants next season.
