The Hard Tackle brings to you the suggestions for potential Fantasy Premier League picks as the fourth gameweek of the Premier League commences.

Few of our suggestions failed to take flight in the third gameweek of the Premier League and it was a mixed matchday for our picks. Let’s get on with the picks for the fourth matchday of the Premier League as the international break gets over and club football resumes.

THT Squad Third Gameweek Points: 25 Points

Let’s have a look at some of the players who can be candidates to expend your solitary transfer on.

Alexis Sanchez (ARS) – MID – £11.9

The Chilean has returned to the club after heavy transfer speculation. And judging by his social media interaction, he is eager to put the whole saga behind him. Arsenal need him, but he does have an uphill task on his hand to win back the teammates and fans.

However, the game against Bournemouth could just be the fixture to start with. Arsenal have a good record against Eddie Howe’s side and a brilliant performance on Saturday could see Sanchez being welcomed back by the Gooners with much love.

Tom Ince (HUD) – MID – £6.0

Again, a budget alternative to our aforementioned suggestion. Huddersfield have started with a bang and with the Terriers set to face a troubled West Ham side, they could produce another good result this weekend. Tom Ince has played each and every minute of their campaign and is likely to play the full ninety.

Jonny Evans (WBA) – DEF – £4.9

While he hasn’t been afforded a start, it was more down to the speculation surrounding his future than anything. Now, with the window shut, we are likely to see Tony Pulis reinstate the West Brom captain back into the starting eleven.

Evans should be in your squad irrespective of the weekend and is one we recommend you include in your lineup before his price rises.

Wesley Hoedt (SOU) – DEF – £5.0

Another option for you to look at. Virgil Van Dijk is not scheduled to start and the manager is unlikely to keep the former Lazio man on the bench for the fixture against Watford.

The Pick

Alexandre Lacazette (ARS) – FWD – £10.4

Many believe Arsene Wenger missed a trick by benching Alexandre Lacazette for the Liverpool match and with the Frenchman under so much pressure, he is unlikely to be a repeat offender by benching his compatriot. Alexis Sanchez’s return could see Lacazette become deadlier and we may see a glimpse of it against Bournemouth.

Let’s take a look at our recommended squad for the upcoming gameweek.

THT FPL XI

Goalkeeper: Ben Foster (WBA)

Defenders: Jonny Evans (WBA), Wesley Hoedt (SOU), Eric Bailly (MUN)

Midfielders: Alexis Sanchez (ARS), Tom Ince (HUD), Sadio Mane (LIV), N’Golo Kante (CHE)

Forwards: Alexandre Lacazette (ARS), Romelu Lukaku (MUN), Chris Wood (BUR)

We recommend you to captain Alexandre Lacazette and in case the player is not in your squad, Alexis Sanchez is who we are going as our captain for the weekend.

We have gone for N’Golo Kante in the midfield as we believe the player could put in a real shift against his former side while Chris Wood and Romelu Lukaku has been picked based solely on their current form.
