Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has turned down Manchester United’s offer in a bid to earn a transfer to Real Madrid next season, according to reports in the English media.

Aubameyang has been in brilliant form this season, scoring 25 goals so far in the current Bundesliga campaign. Manchester United were hoping to lure the Gabon international to Old Trafford in an effort to boost their floundering forward line.

However, the 26 year old seems to have set his mind on a switch to Real Madrid and snubbed an offer from the Red Devils, according to a report in the Daily Mirror. Interestingly, it was a massive £200,000-a-week deal from Manchester United.

Arsenal join the race for Lewandowski

VfB Stuttgart vs Bayern MunichYet another Bundesliga star has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal making Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski their prime transfer target.

Lewandowski had indicated last week that he would like to play in the Premier League at some point in his career, and that seems to have given Arsenal the impetus to join the race for his signature, according to reports.

Olivier Giroud is the only out and out striker that Arsenal have at the moment, and the addition of Lewandowski could give the Gunners a lot of bite up front. Also, Mesut Ozil (the most assists in the Premier League) and Robert Lewandowski (the best scorer in the Bundesliga) combining together in Arsenal attacks is a lip-smacking prospect for the Gunners’s fans.

Depay looking for a move out of Manchester United?

VfL Wolfsburg - Manchester UnitedRunning out of opportunities at the club, Memphis Depay finally seems to be fed up with his current employers Manchester United. In fact, the Netherlands international has deleted all his Manchester United related pictures, and unfollowed all his Red Devils teammates from his Instagram account.

This has created a lot of stir in the English media, with Sky Sports news presenter Hayley McQueen tweeting that the 22 year old is “DePIED-off” at Manchester United.

Depay has had a horrendous debut season so far at Manchester United, managing to score only two goals in the ongoing Premier League campaign. The Dutch winger has also lost his place in the starting XI to the likes of Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard, both of whom are from the Manchester United academy.

Hummels denies interest in Bayern move

Borussia Dortmund vs FC LiverpoolBorussia Dortmund captain Mats Hummels has denied rumours linking him with a move to Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.

Hummels, who is originally from Munich, reportedly wanted a move back to the city where he hails from. The 27 year old moved from Bayern Munich to Borussia Dortmund in 2009 as he was not getting enough games at the Bavarian club.

It was at Dortmund where he rose to fame, winning back-to-back trophies under manager Jurgen Klopp in 2010/11 and 2011/12.

However, Hummels has now denied all the rumours linking him to Bayern Munich, in spite of the fact that Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke himself had said that the the centre-back might leave for Bayern in the summer.

Hazard may not be leaving Chelsea

Chelsea vs NewcastleThere have been a lot of rumours surrounding out of form Eden Hazard’s future at Chelsea, but the Belgian star has dropped a hint that he will be staying at the West London club next season.

Speaking ahead of Chelsea’s London Derby against Tottenham Hotspur, Hazard highlighted the importance of winning the remaining few matches, even though it will not make much of a difference for Chelsea on the Premier League table. He also said that it is important for the club to go into the next season on a winning mentality.

“It is important to finish the season well, for the players who go to the Euros and to prepare for the next season, because we have a lot of games again to play next season and if we want to start really well next season we have to finish this season well,” said Hazard.
