Manchester City continued their mesmerising winning run on Sunday as they enjoyed a comfortable 3-1 win over Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium.

Pep Guardiola’s men dominated the proceedings for the most part, with chances coming few and far between for the Gunners. Kevin De Bruyne put the hosts ahead in the 19th minute, before Sergio Aguero converted from the spot as Arsenal felt hard done by for the penalty call going against them.

The visitors did pull one back midway through the second half through substitute Alexandre Lacazette, but their comeback hopes were short lived when Gabriel Jesus scored another contentious goal, with David Silva clearly offside in the buildup. And, Arsenal fans did not shy away from pointing out the refereeing errors.

But, Arsene Wenger received his fair share of tirade from the Arsenal supporters as well, particularly for his decision to not start Alexandre Lacazette.

Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez copped a lot of flak as well, as the duo failed to create much of an impact.
