Antonio Conte’s Chelsea secured their sixth Premier League title after beating West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns, thanks to a late goal from Michy Batshuayi.

It wasn’t Chelsea’s best performance by any means and when the celebrations temporarily stop and all confetti settles for a while, Antonio Conte will certainly have a few things to say to his men about one of their most frustrating performances of the season.

It was a terrible first half, and the second half didn’t seem to get any better for the Blues. West Brom on the other hand, began gaining confidence and stepped up their game. Rondon and Nacer Chadli almost broke the deadlock for Tony Pulis’ side.

Conte, frustrated with the antics of Hazard and Pedro, brought them off for Michy Batshuayi and Willian with a little under 15 minutes to go.

Then just as it seemed as it was to be ‘one of those days’ for Chelsea, Batshuayi steps up and gets on the end of an Azpilicueta cross to send the Chelsea fans into raptures.

Batshuayi’s solitary goal was enough to hand Chelsea their second Premier League titles in three seasons. The Blues with 87 points, had won the title back from Leicester City with 2 games to go.

And we couldn’t end this reactions segment without tweets from the man of the hour.
