It was a good day at the office for Antonio Conte’s men as they ran out 3-0 winners against Leicester City with a flawless all round performance.
Goals from Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Victor Moses, a clean sheet at home and appearances from Nathaniel Chalobah, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ola Aina. Chelsea fans couldn’t have asked for a better game in overall terms and Antonio Conte couldn’t have asked for a better performance.
Outstanding performance and nice to see us using youth as well. Happy Fan today. Quality stuff #CHELEI

2011 – Chelsea haven’t lost a Premier League home game they were leading at half-time since October 2011 (3-5 vs Arsenal). Stronghold. pic.twitter.com/9abqzi5xOb

50 – Diego Costa has had a hand in 50 Premier League goals for Chelsea (39 goals, 11 assists) in just 62 games. Talisman.

What an excellent performance today, @ChelseaFC! So much better than we have been recently. ?? #CHELEI

GOAL Chelsea 1-0 Leicester (COSTA 7 mins). Matic flicks on to Costa, who fires home at the far post #CHELEI

That is Diego Costa’s seventh Premier League goal of the season. #CHELEI

Costa 1-0. #lcfc conceding goals at set-pieces this season put down to anti-grappling rule but that was just non-existent marking.
— Henry Winter (@henrywinter) October 15, 2016
Diego Costa has now scored 39 Premier League goals since August 2014 – only Sergio Aguero (55) and Harry Kane (48) have netted more since.

Wish Costa could save the booking to the United game where he can two-foot tackle Mourinho and miss the EFL Cup tie.

Hazard joined in on the action later in the first half with a cool finish past Kasper Schmeicel from a tight angle, to end something of a dry run after a bright start to the season.
GOAL Chelsea 2-0 Leicester (Hazard 32 mins). Pedro plays the ball into Hazard’s path, who drives past Schmeichel and slots home #CHELEI

44 – Since his debut in August 2012, Eden Hazard has scored more PL goals than any other midfielder in the competition. Menace.
— OptaJoe (@OptaJoe) October 15, 2016
What was really interesting about that goal is that Conte was screaming at Matic to play the ball through for Hazard.
— Garry Hayes (@garryhayes) October 15, 2016
Eden Hazard take a bow son!in the absence of @willianborges88 with his energy @hazardeden10 put the shift in absolutely beautiful!!

Hazard has been spectacular today. So dangerous with the ball, drawing fouls, creating chances, closing down defenders. Wonderful to watch.

Victor Moses continued his good form for the Blues by adding a third goal for Chelsea toward the end to kill things off completely. But what was perhaps more impressive was the assist by young Nathaniel Chalobah.

It was a good day at the office for Chelsea boss Antonio Conte. Despite putting on a near flawless performance from his men, Conte insisted on showing his men how to take a brilliant first touch.
Unreal touch from Conte pic.twitter.com/gHs1VMsdh3

Conte momentarily breaks from furiously berating everyone to calmly and perfectly trap a ball that flew out of play.
