Wilfred Ndidi was responsible for the Chelsea goal but redeemed himself with the equalizer as the home side held on for a point against Leicester City.
It was a game of two halves again from Chelsea. The Blues were dominant in the first half, despite Leicester City managing to hog possession quite a bit. Chelsea gained the lead through Mason Mount, thanks to an error from Wilfred Ndidi. Leicester on the other hand, prodded and prodded in the second half before James Maddison found Wilfred Ndidi in the box for the equalizer.
Leicester dominated the end of the game and could have come away with a win from Stamford Bridge only to be stopped by some dodgy finishing standards.
Nevertheless, there were quite a few Chelsea players that came under the ire of the fans, including but not limited to Cesar Azpilicueta, Christian Pulisic and late substitute Willian.

Azpilicueta shouldn’t make the line-up in the next game.

I love Cesar Azpilicueta as a person. His passion for the club is honestly on a legendary scale. But his weakness are beginning to overtake his career. It’s literally branislav Ivanovic all over again. A loved player who began to deteriorate and eventually became a scapegoat.

Willian & Azpilicueta need to stay on the bench.
Our striker situation is so dire, we cannot rely on them for goals. I cannot wait for Reece James, Hudson-Odoi and Loftus-cheek to return man.

Anyone who watched Chelsea from August to December 2018 could’ve realized that Azpilicueta was a liability on set-pieces (like he was today), he didn’t have the creativity or pace to threaten defenses, and he was becoming more and more of a weak link for the opposition to target.

Azpilicueta has been so good for Chelsea over the years and easily one of the best defenders in the PL the last decade but if you still back him to start for us because of past glories then you’re deluded .

It looked like Willian misplaced more passes than Jorginho, Kante and Kovacic together did in the last three games, ?♂️

Willian becoming Chelsea’s number 10 after Eden Hazard is the biggest downgrade ever in football. pic.twitter.com/sAXjPhEmGR

Just realised Chelsea have gone from having Hazard being our number 10 to Willian. #cfc #CHELEI pic.twitter.com/ZkMEbZOlbo

But, praises were sung for Mason Mount, who continued impressing for Chelsea, with a well-taken goal against Leicester.
Mason Mount has scored the first league goal of Frank Lampard’s reign as both Derby County and Chelsea manager.

Mount is playing like the No10 version of Firmino right now. Incredible work rate & great tactical awareness to make Leicester players around him as uncomfortable as possible. Really impressive #cfc
