Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, and Eberechi Eze will return to the Arsenal starting lineup when they host West Ham United at the Emirates on Saturday.
Arsenal will aim to leapfrog Liverpool to the top of the Premier League table when they welcome West Ham United to the Emirates on Saturday afternoon. Mikel Arteta has no new injury concerns to worry about ahead of his side’s latest fixture.
While Arteta was sweating over Gabriel Magalhaes’s fitness after he picked up a knock earlier this week in the UEFA Champions League clash with Olympiacos, the Brazilian international is fit and available to take on West Ham United.
However, Piero Hincapie, Noni Madueke, Kai Havertz, and Gabriel Jesus remain in the treatment room. Meanwhile, during his pre-match press conference, Arteta provided fitness updates on Gabriel Magalhaes and Hincapie.
The Arsenal manager said, “We’ll have to wait and see after training. We’ve done almost nothing today, so we’ll see how everybody is. But we weren’t too concerned about him. [Gabriel]. He [Hincapie] will be available after the international break.”
“So we’ve been trying to do everything as fast as possible but this came too fast. Now we have the international break and hopefully after that, he will have a couple of sessions with the team and be ready to go.”
Arteta also commented on the brewing relationship between Martin Odegaard and Viktor Gyokeres. The Arsenal boss said, “As you say, we haven’t seen enough for different circumstances, especially because Martin hasn’t been available much this season for different reasons. But there is something as well. They have that personal chemistry and hopefully with more time on the pitch and more understanding, that will flourish as well.”
David Raya is an automatic pick between the sticks, with the home side lining up in a 4-3-3 formation in front of him against West Ham United on Saturday. The backline will feature Jurrien Timber, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes, and Riccardo Calafiori.
As for the midfield unit, Declan Rice will replace Mikel Merino and join Martin Odegaard and Martin Zubimendi in the middle of the park. Finally, Viktor Gyokeres will lead the line for the Gunners against West Ham, with Bukayo Saka and Eberechi Eze being the two wide attackers.

Predicted Arsenal XI: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Odegaard, Zubimendi, Rice; Saka, Gyokeres, Eze
