Real Madrid are reportedly keeping tabs on the development of four Brazilian talents Gabriel Pereira, Gustavo Silva, Talles Magno and Renyer.

According to a report from Fichajes.net, Real Madrid are continuing to focus their attention on the Brazilian market for young prospects to bolster their squad and have four names on their radar. The Merengues are believed to be keeping tabs on the progress of Athletico Paranaense’s Gabriel Pereira, Gustavo Silva of Corinthians, Renyer of Santos and Talles Magno, who plays in the MLS for New York City FC.

Real Madrid have reaped great success from their investment in the South American market in recent years, with the likes of Federico Valverde, Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes going on to become key members of the first-team while big things are expected of Reinier Jesus, who is currently away on loan at Borussia Dortmund.

As a result, they continue to scour the Brazilian and South American market for up and coming talents they can sign for an affordable price, even though their main aim for the summer next year is the signing of Kylian Mbappe.

The first of the four names that Real Madrid are eyeing is Gabriel Pereira. The 19-year-old is a goalkeeper who plays for Athletico Paranaense, joining the Brazilian outfit only this year from French giants AS Monaco. The teenager has previously impressed for the youth teams at Monaco and former club Lazio and is held in the highest regard in his homeland.

Next on the list of players that Real Madrid are looking at is Gustavo Silva. A right-sided winger, the 24-year-old has become a mainstay for Corinthians since joining them in 2019, although he had to earn his spurs on loan spells away from the club. In the 2021 season, he produced a tally of six goals and three assists from 45 games in all competitions.

Talles Magno is another Brazilian prospect that the Merengues are keeping a close watch on. The 19-year-old joined MLS outfit New York City FC earlier this year from Vasco da Gama and has two goals from 15 league games. A versatile player who can operate anywhere in the frontline, the youngster has been tipped for a bright future in the game and can be a future asset for clubs in Europe, including Real Madrid.

The last name on the four-man watchlist of Real Madrid, as per the report, is Renyer. An 18-year-old right-winger who came through the ranks at Santos and made his first-team breakthrough this term, he has just seven senior appearances and is yet to score or assist a goal. Nevertheless, he is a raw talent who has shown a lot of potential, enough to register on Los Blancos’ radars.

It remains to be seen if Real Madrid do make moves to sign any of these four players. For now, though, they are continuing to keep close tabs on their development.
