Transfer News: Liverpool, Chelsea offered chance to sign Pedrinho

Pedrinho has been offered to the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea, with the player’s agent lauding the Corinthians winger to the Premier League giants.

According to Tribal Football, who are quoting UOL Esporte as their source, Liverpool and Chelsea have been offered the services of Pedrinho. The Corinthians star has been lauded to the Premier League giants by his agents and is also on the radar of PSG.

Pedrinho has emerged from the Corinthians academy setup. The youngster made his breakthrough in 2017 and has since recorded 38 senior appearances to his name. His return of 2 goals and 2 assists however, does not signify the level of talent he is regarded to be.

The player might or might not want to move. But, his agents have already started sounding out European giants as to his availability. His agents have offered him to Liverpool and Chelsea, making them aware that the star is available in January.

Liverpool seem well-stocked in the department. The Reds already boasted of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane on their roster. But, the addition of Xherdan Shaqiri has catapulted their firepower in attack to a new level.

Chelsea on the other hand, might do with additions to the wing area. Willian, Pedro and Eden Hazard are the only players Maurizio Sarri has at his disposal to deploy on the wings. The Blues will likely be looking to delve into the transfer market come January to buy a squad player to beef up the depth.

PSG have also been sounded out but they are yet to show an interest after initial enquiries. The French club anyway, has quality in abundance on the wings. Neymar, Julian Draxler, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Jese, Angel Di Maria, Moussa Diaby and Kylian Mbappe are all on their books. PSG will likely look towards offloading a couple of them, if not more, in January.

Chelsea already have three Brazilians who are an integral part of their first-team setup. In case Pedrinho does end up making a move to Europe, Chelsea could be one of the interested parties. It will also be interesting to see what amount Corinthians will deem enough to part with the 20-year-old.

Pedrinho is a talent to watch and we might just be watching him ply his trade in Europe soon, if the agents have their way.
