A loss to Everton in the FA Cup quarter-finals rounded off a pretty bad week for Chelsea, in which the Blues were knocked out of the two cup competitions that could have potentially salvaged the club’s nightmare season.
Blues striker Diego Costa cut a frustrated figure at Goodison Park on Saturday, and the Spain international’s frustrations boiled over in the second half, as he appeared to bite Everton midfielder Gareth Barry with his side 2-0 down against the Toffees. However, some Twitter users suggested jokingly that the Chelsea striker had taken a liking towards the Premier League veteran.

This action earned Costa his second yellow card of the night, and the former Atletico Madrid hitman was sent off for the first time in his Chelsea career.

It’ll be interesting to see if the FA give Diego Costa the same ban as Luis Suarez & not hand him less like John Terry for racist comments.

Hiddink asked whether Costa needs anger management. ‘There is a movie about that with Jack Nicholson … maybe we can go & see it together’

I’d love to see Diego #Costa try that on a rugby field. He’d still be picking his teeth up now
