Cristiano Ronaldo took Santiago Bernabeu by a storm as he scored 4 goals in the second half to lead Real Madrid to a 7-1 win over Celta Vigo.
The Portuguese international seemed to redeem himself after coming under severe criticism last week for his controversial comments following the Madrid derby. His four goal haul now takes him to the second spot in the list of highest goalscorers in La Liga, second only to Barcelona’s Lionel Messi. Already the highest goal-scorer in the Champions League with 88 goals to his name, Ronaldo has now scored 252 goals (228 games)in La Liga as compared to Lionel Messi’s 305 (337 games).
He also became the fastest player to score 350 goals for a single club. Hence, it was not surprising to see fans take to social media to rave about the Real Madrid superstar. Here are some of the best reactions.

Zero PKs for Madrid. Zero expulsions for Celta. Seven goals versus a top-6 side.
Important to note, yet *no one* in the press will.
