Dean Henderson is preferred over David de Gea in goal while Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek are on the bench as Manchester United get set to take on AC Milan.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made no changes to the side that defeated West Ham United at the weekend for the upcoming UEFA Europa League fixture against AC Milan at San Siro.

That means, Dean Henderson gets another start in goal despite David de Gea being back from quarantine and available for selection. Eric Bailly’s injury-enforced absence meant Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire would obviously form the centre-back partnership for Manchester United, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw continue as the full-backs.

Manchester United had been handed a double injury boost in the midfield department heading into the game as Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek had both returned to full fitness. However, the duo finds itself on the bench against Milan with Fred and Scott McTominay preferred in the double pivot by Solskjaer.

Daniel James gets another start on the right-wing ahead of teenage prodigy Amad Diallo while Marcus Rashford, who missed the first leg at Old Trafford, starts on the left flank. Bruno Fernandes retains his place as the No. 10 with Mason Greenwood leading the line in the absence of Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani.

Manchester United Starting Lineup: Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, James, Fernandes, Rashford, Greenwood.
