Olivier Giroud and Jorginho are among those who return as Chelsea prepare to take on Sevilla in a UEFA Champions League tie at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.
Frank Lampard has made wholesale changes to the side that started in the goalless draw versus Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League this past weekend as Chelsea get set to lock horns with Sevilla in the UEFA Champions League. There are no shuffles in goal, though, with Edouard Mendy keeping his place between the sticks.
The backline has an entirely new look, as Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta returns as one of the two full-backs, with Emerson Palmieri getting a rare start on the left flank. At the heart of the Chelsea defence, Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen have been paired up for the first time this term.

Up ahead in midfield, in what appears to be a double pivot, Chelsea vice-captain Jorginho is back. Jorginho will have Mateo Kovacic for company in the middle of the park, with Kai Havertz set to reprise the no. 10 role against Sevilla.
Finally, in attack, Olivier Giroud, Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi are all back in the starting lineup. Giroud leads the line for Chelsea against Sevilla while Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi will be the two wide men for the visitors.
Chelsea Starting Lineup: Mendy, Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Christensen, Emerson, Jorginho, Kovacic, Hudson-Odoi, Havertz, Pulisic, Giroud.
