James Milner comes in at left-back for Liverpool in place of Andrew Roberston while Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino return to the lineup against Bournemouth.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has made six changes to the lineup that started in the midweek FA Cup defeat against Chelsea, for their Premier League clash against Bournemouth. Two of the alterations come in defence where Trent Alexander-Arnold returns to the side at right-back after being rested last time out.

James Milner starts in the left-back slot for Liverpool, with Klopp opting to give Andrew Roberston a breather. The Scotsman does not make it to the matchday squad against the Cherries. Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk start as the centre-backs again while Adrian continues in goal, with first-choice keeper Alisson out injured.

Two more changes come in the midfield department for Liverpool, where Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Georginio Wijnaldum start after being left out in the cup tie earlier this week. Curtis Jones and Adam Lallana make way for the duo. Naby Keita is back on the bench, having recovered from his injury.

The attack also sees a couple of expected tweaks as Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah return to the lineup after making substitute appearances in midweek. Sadio Mane retains his position in the attacking trident for Liverpool, while Takumi Minamino and Divock Origi provide options from the bench.

Liverpool Starting Lineup: Adrian; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, van Dijk, Milner; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fabinho, Wijnaldum; Salah, Firmino, Mane
