Anthony Martial is fit enough to start for Manchester United while Nemanja Matic and Victor Lindelof also return to the side for the game against Everton.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made five changes to the lineup that started in midweek against Club Brugge for their Premier League clash against Everton at Goodison Park. The biggest news comes in attack where Anthony Martial has been passed fit to start after the Frenchman missed the midweek clash with a thigh injury.

With Martial starting, January signing Odion Ighalo drops out to the bench. Manchester United academy ace Mason Greenwood partners up with Martial in the Manchester United attack while Bruno Fernandes playing in the hole behind the two strikers. Juan Mata, who started against Brugge, drops to the bench.

Fred and Scott McTominay are retained in the middle of the park while Nemanja Matic also returns to the side after not being involved in midweek to add more bodies in the centre. Daniel James is out of the matchday squad for the Red Devils.

There is one notable change at the back, with Victor Lindelof replacing Eric Bailly as Harry Maguire’s partner at the heart of the Manchester United defence. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw continue as the full-backs while David de Gea reclaims his spot in goal after being benched for the Europa League clash.

Manchester United Confirmed XI: de Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; Matic; Fred, McTominay; Fernandes; Greenwood, Martial
