N’Golo Kante comes into the Chelsea starting eleven in place of Jorginho, who drops to the bench, for the match against Aston Villa.

Kepa is in goal for Chelsea, as usual and he has a familiar back four to support his mission for a clean sheet against Aston Villa. Kurt Zouma and Andreas Christensen form the centre-back pairing for Chelsea, with Antonio Rudiger yet to return to full fitness. Cesar Azpilicueta is on the left, with Reece James donning the right-back spot.

In midfield, we have the trio of N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount. Kante was perhaps, rested against West Ham and the Frenchman will be fresh and raring to go to help his team avoid a third straight league defeat and back-to-back home defeats.

In attack, Willian comes back into the fold as well after being left out of the starting eleven against West Ham. Christian Pulisic takes up the space on the other wing, with Tammy Abraham returning to full fitness to lead the Chelsea attack against Aston Villa.

Chelsea Starting XI: Kepa, James, Zouma, Christensen, Azpilicueta, Kovacic, Kante, Mount, Willian, Abraham, Pulisic
