Maurizio Sarri has handed Chelsea academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi his first-ever Premier League start in the Blues’ home game against Brighton & Hove Albion
After months of waiting, teenage sensation Callum Hudson-Odoi will make his first start in the Premier League, when Chelsea take on Brighton & Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night. The 18-year-old has been used sparingly in the league by manager Maurizio Sarri, but has got his big chance against the Seagulls, with Pedro making way for him.
There are two more changes in the Chelsea attack, with Olivier Giroud getting the nod ahead of the misfiring Gonzalo Higuain, while Eden Hazard replaces Willian, after having been benched for the weekend clash against Cardiff City.

Jorginho is one of the four players retained from the team that started against Cardiff. N’Golo Kante returns to the starting XI to make his 100th Premier League appearance for Chelsea, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek is also rewarded with a start after scoring the winning goal against the Bluebirds.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cesar Azpilicueta and David Luiz retain their spots in the starting lineup, but Antonio Rudiger has been replaced by Andreas Christensen at the heart of the defence. Marcos Alonso misses out with a hamstring injury, with Emerson Palmieri starting at left-back.
