Ross Barkley has been handed a start while Gonzalo Higuain seems to have returned to fitness as he leads the Chelsea attacking line against Everton.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has managed to return in the good books of Maurizio Sarri after the EFL Cup Final incident, thanks to a couple of convincing performances. The Spaniard starts in goal for Chelsea, with familiar faces in front of him in the four-man defensive line.
Cesar Azpilicueta will lead the Chelsea team out at Goodison Park and he will be accompanied by David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso in the back four. The left-back seems to have done enough to be chosen over Emerson Palmieri and has regained his spot in the starting eleven.

The midfield sees the usual culprits – N’Golo Kante and Jorginho – feature for Chelsea. But, Ross Barkley will be looking for a huge game against his former club in hopes of getting more starts in the coming fixtures.
The attack sees Pedro line up on the right, Eden Hazard on the left, with the now-fit Gonzalo Higuain upfront.
