Chelsea FC fought their away to another crucial win, edging closer to the Premier League trophy, with a late 2-1 win over Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium.
The scores were locked at 1-1 when Gary Cahill stepped up to the plate, grabbing a rebound inside the box, from a Cesc Fabregas corner, and slotting it coolly into the top of the net.
