Chelsea vs Swansea confirmed lineups: Fabregas and Courtois start; Terry on the bench

The back three of Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz and Gary Cahill remains unchanged with Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso continuing as wing-backs with Thibaut Courtois in goal. Cesc Fabregas comes into the playing eleven and will partner N’Golo Kante in midfield.

Diego Costa will lead the line for the Blues and will be supplemented in the final third by Eden Hazard and Pedro. Nemanja Matic, John Terry and Kurt Zouma are among the substitutes.

For the Swans, Lukasz Fabianksi starts in goal, with a centre-back pairing of Federico Fernandez and Alfie Mawson ahead of him. Leroy Fer and Wayne Routledge start on the wings, while Fernando Llorente leads the line.
