Chelsea were at their dominant best, as Pedro scored a brace to lead the Blues to a 4-1 rout of Peterborough United in their FA Cup 3rd round encounter.
Pedro opened the scoring for his side, as he curled the ball beautifully past Luke McGee after the Peterborough goalkeeper had saved Nathaniel Chalobah’s long range effort.
Michy Batshuayi doubled the lead for the Blues in the dying stages of the first half, and Willian added another seven minutes after the restart.
Tom Nichols pulled one back for the visitors in the 70th minute, but Pedro put the game to bed with a neat finish from the edge of the box to complete a well earned brace.
