Nathan Ake is impressing one and all in Bournemouth defence this season. On loan from Chelsea, Ake has turned in solid displays at the back for the Cherries, and has even contributed to his side’s attacking output, scoring three goals with the latest coming in a 3-1 loss to Southampton at the Vitality Stadium.

Football-based talk show host Tubes hosted Ake on his show recently, where Ake has talked about his preferred position. Another major talking point was his disclosure that he remains in touch with two of the coaches at parent club Chelsea: Paulo Ferreira and Eddie Newton.

He went on to add that he regularly takes tips and advice from Ferreira and Newton in his stride, but doesn’t let them interfere with the coaching he receives at Bournemouth. Here’s the entire video of Ake opening up to Tubes.
