Favourable Bets Result: 5/9
Underdog Bets Result: None from four.
THT Favourable Bets Overall: 153/278
Arsenal vs Bournemouth
The Gunners have taken a slim lead in the race for fourth on the Premier League table after their win over Southampton during the weekend. But, they face a Bournemouth side, who have done well this season and find themselves in the top half of the league and have had a much better campaign than Southampton.
There have been at least 3 goals scored in each of their last five meetings and the Wednesday fixture is likely to follow suit. Expect a narrow home win for Arsenal.
Favourable Bets
1. Over 2.5 Match Goals @ 1.53
2. Both Teams to Score – YES @ 1.70
Underdog Bets
1. Correct Scoreline – Arsenal 2-1 Bournemouth @ 9.00
Crystal Palace vs Manchester United
Manchester United players showed heart battling injuries in the stalemate against Liverpool. But, there has been a higher cost to pay, with the players being added to the long list of injuries. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted a couple of youngsters could be making their breakthrough against Crystal Palace, which will be a boost for Roy Hogdson & co. going into the fixture.
Ideally, United have always performed well against Palace and we should see another strong performance, as has become the case under Solskjaer.
Favourable Bets
1. Manchester United to win @ 2.30
2. Romelu Lukaku to score anytime @ 2.87
Underdog Bets
1. Manchester United Clean Sheet – YES @ 3.25
Chelsea vs Tottenham
Maurizio Sarri has an interesting choice to make. Kepa Arrizabalaga has already been fined one week’s wages, but is it enough of a punishment for the public refusal to follow his manager’s orders? Tottenham will have to be ready for a trial by fire, with Chelsea and Arsenal their opponents in the coming 7 days.
Mauricio Pochettino already came under fire for his outburst against Mike Dean in the Burnley fixture and it will be interesting to see how he handles the succession of derbies. We expect Chelsea to react well to the incident.
Favourable Bets
1. Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 2.00
2. Chelsea Draw No Bet @ 1.57
Underdog Bets
1. Full Time Result – Draw @ 3.50
Liverpool vs Watford
The Reds are beginning to go quiet at the wrong time and Jurgen Klopp must be scratching his head over the sudden downturn in form of his attacking trio. Up against a Watford side that are flying high at 7th on the Premier League table, the Reds have their task cut out again. Expect Watford to come in hard at the home side.
Favourable Bets
1. Watford Asian Handicap + 2.0 @ 1.575
2. Liverpool Clean Sheet – NO @ 1.80
Underdog Bets
1. Full Time Result – Draw or Watford @ 3.75
