Real Madrid’s young play maker on the way out, Liverpool starlet planning a move to Fiorentina, Zlatan Ibrahimovic set for West Ham, Manchester City eyeing Dortmund midfield anchor. The latest transfer rumours involve some big names and some big clubs.

Liverpool midfielder Joao Teixeira hasn’t made much of an impact at the club since arriving in 2012 from Sporting Lisbon. The 23-year-old Portuguese has made just one appearance off the bench for the Reds in the Premier League so far, and is not in line for a starting spot anytime soon from the looks of it.

According to ESPN, Teixeira is not looking to extend his contract at Anfield. This means that when his contract expires in the summer he will be a free agent. One of the clubs reportedly most interested in signing the attacking midfielder is Serie A side Fiorentina. But there have been no talks between the two parties as yet.

Premier League clubs on high alert as Isco set to leave Real Madrid

Los Blancos are reportedly looking to let go of the highly rated midfielder Isco, who has struggled to find a regular starting spot in Real Madrid’s star studded midfield. The Spaniard arrived from Malaga three years ago with high hopes, but his career at the Santiago Bernabeu has mostly been a start-stop affair.

Premier League clubs have been monitoring his situation for a while now, and should he be willing to make the move, and would likely pay a hefty fee to acquire his services. Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City are three of the front runners for the 23-year-old’s signature, according to the Mirror. Isco is currently rated at 45 million Euros by transfermarkt.com, but that fee could increase substantially if all those three clubs are serious about buying him.

Manchester City to beat Arsenal, Juventus and Barcelona and sign German midfield maestro

Ilkay Gundogan has recently returned from injury to take back his place as the midfield maestro of Borussia Dortmund, making 32 appearances for them so far this season. However, talks to extend his contract with the club, which has one more year to go, have apparently been stalled with the midfielder indecisive about his long term future.

According to the Daily Mail, Dortmund are looking to cut their losses and sell the player in the summer, and while Arsenal, Juventus and Barcelona have all reportedly been interested in signing the 25-year-old, Manchester City have emerged as the front runners to secure Gundogan’s signature. Pep Guardiola taking over at Manchester City next season is a big factor, as Gundogan wants to play under the Catalan manager and be a part of his new project in the Premier League.

The 25-year-old is rated at 30 million Euros by transfermarkt.com.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be a Hammer next year

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s is set to leave Paris Saint-Germain on the expiry of his contract in the summer. The charismatic and controversial Swede has enthralled the world for over a decade now and shows no sign of slowing down. Zlatan has an astonishing 26 goals and 12 assists in 29 appearances for PSG this season.

Zlatan has graced the Serie A, La Liga and Ligue one, but has never played in the Premier League. The top clubs in England would definitely be interested in signing the forward. But at the ripe old footballing age of 34 and expectedly a hefty pay packer, Zlatan may now prove to be less than a dream signing for many of the best clubs.

However, West Ham would be more than happy if they could land Ibrahimovic on a free move next summer and they are looking to do just that.

According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers have begun making enquiries about signing the 34-year-old. West Ham United are looking to challenge at the very top of the Premier League from next season and are keen to make a number of high profile signings. These signings could include the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Chelsea captain John Terry.
