Everton and Tottenham will have to battle it out for the signature of Villarreal’s attacking sensation Yeremy Pino.
According to a report from Fichajes, Yeremy Pino could end up parting ways with Villarreal this summer as there is a significant amount of interest in his services from clubs in the Premier League. Everton, Tottenham, and Bournemouth are all keen on securing his signature, and their interest could make it difficult for the Spanish club to retain the promising young winger.
Yeremy Pino joined the Yellow Submarine in the summer of 2019. He went up the ranks at some pace and was promoted to their first team in just a year. At just 22, he has already featured in 163 matches for their first team and has contributed towards 40 goals.
He has established himself as one of their mainstays in recent years. Pino has been involved in a total of 30 matches this season, and he has contributed towards 10 goals. His consistent performances have put him on the radar of multiple top clubs from across Europe.
While the Spaniard prefers playing on the right flank, he can even feature on the left when needed. Pino’s ability to take on defenders, his skill on the ball, and his work rate off it have earned him plenty of recognition. While his contract at the Spanish club runs until the summer of 2027, there are high chances of him making a move away this summer.
Premier League trio wants to sign Pino
Everton, Tottenham, and Bournemouth are all keen on signing the 22-year-old. All three clubs want to bolster their attack by signing a young proven talent, and they consider Pino an ideal fit for their project. David Moyes wants more firepower at the Merseyside club as he looks to help them bounce back.
Meanwhile, Spurs will certainly undergo massive changes after a season full of struggles. With Richarlison and Timo Werner’s future uncertain, they do need more quality on the flanks, and Yeremy Pino can certainly help them out both in the short as well as the long run.
The Cherries are also keeping a close eye on the Spanish international ahead of a potential move in the summer. Antoine Semenyo has been linked with a move away, is he does end up leaving the club, the Spaniard could be a great replacement.
While the Yellow Submarine do not want to part ways with the young winger, they are well aware of the fact that it won’t be easy to resist a significant offer from the Premier League clubs.
