Noah Okafor, Samuel Chukwueze offered to Tottenham, Newcastle United

Intermediaries have reportedly offered Tottenham and Newcastle United the chance to sign Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze from Serie A club AC Milan.

According to an update by reputed Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari, Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze might soon arrive in the Premier League. Intermediaries have offered Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United the chance to sign the out-of-favour AC Milan attacking duo amid their struggles at the Serie A club.

Noah Okafor, Samuel Chukwueze and their struggles

Noah Okafor has seen his progress come to a stuttering halt since joining AC Milan in July 2023. The Swiss international was a highly sought-after player in the market during his stint with Red Bull Salzburg, with several well-known clubs chasing his signature before the Serie A giants won the race.

As for Samuel Chukwueze, the Nigerian international always struggled for consistency during his stint with Villarreal but managed to pique the attention of several well-known clubs across Europe. However, the player’s stint with AC Milan has been underwhelming, and he has managed only 1,098 minutes of game time thus far this term.

Despite their struggles, Okafor and Chukwueze have several well-known clubs chasing their signatures heading into the final days of the winter transfer window. A move to the Premier League might be on the cards, with intermediaries offering the AC Milan duo to Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.

Premier League move on the horizon?

Tottenham Hotspur can do with players like Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze amid the crippling injury crisis which has engulfed most of the offensive unit. In addition, Richarlison faces an uncertain future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium amid his links with Brazilian clubs.

As for Newcastle United, Miguel Almiron is closing in on joining Atlanta United, with the three parties sealing an agreement over a winter move. So, the Magpies need an offensive reinforcement before the ongoing transfer window shuts down. The AC Milan attacking duo have thus emerged as viable targets for Newcastle United.

Gianluigi Longari has not revealed whether Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have responded favourably to the offers to sign Okafor and Chukwueze. It will be interesting to see if the AC Milan attackers land in the Premier League in the coming days.
