The Argentine winger has been the subject of speculation leading to this day, as he is under serious consideration at Stamford Bridge.
At the end of the summer window, Chelsea made a big move for Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho to strengthen their wings. The Blues have come knocking on the doors of Old Trafford once again, as they are now interested in signing Alejandro Garnacho.
