According to a report by Graeme Bailey on TBR Football, Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Manchester United will have the opportunity to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli. Meanwhile, the Serie A giants are open to an exchange arrangement to sweeten the deal, with Joshua Zirkzee, Marcus Rashford, and Rasmus Hojlund among the Manchester United attackers they fancy.
Victor Osimhen and his eventful year
Victor Osimhen has resurrected his fortunes since joining Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal from Napoli in the summer transfer window. The African attacker’s relations with the Partenopei had soured in the early days of the 2024/25 season, and the two parties were eager to go their separate ways.
While a permanent deal did not see the light of day, joining Galatasaray has been a godsend for the 25-year-old thus far this term. Osimhen has contributed to 17 goals in 15 appearances in all competitions by finding the back of the net 12 times and providing five assists.
