Crystal Palace are eager to bring Mykhailo Mudryk ahead of the January window and take advantage of the Ukranian winger’s situation at Chelsea.
According to Football Transfers, Crystal Palace are keen on signing Mykhailo Mudryk in January, although there’s no clarity on whether this will be a loan or a permanent transfer. The Eagles have missed a wide outlet since the departure of Michael Olise, and the Ukrainian’s situation is seen as promising ahead of the winter window.
Mykhailo Mudryk has suffered from a lack of game time this season, with Chelsea preferring to strengthen his wing positions during the summer. They have brought in Jadon Sancho and Pedro Neto, who directly threaten the Ukrainian’s position.
The duo’s arrival has jeopardised Mudryk’s position, which has seen the winger’s game time reduced drastically this season. Manager Enzo Maresca has preferred the dup to play on the left side, as he could reportedly push for an exit from Chelsea ahead of January.
Chelsea paid a hefty fee to sign the Ukrainian in the January window of 2023, although the winger had not shown his talent to the fullest. Hence, the Blues might be open to the prospect of letting him leave, although a loan move seems more likely than a permanent sale.
