According to Sky Sports, Arsenal are not about to make a move for Raheem Sterling, as the deal is not probable from the club’s point of view. There were rumours earlier today of solid interest in the 29-year-old Chelsea outcast, although a move seems unlikely with the window shrinking fast.

Arsenal entered deadline day needing a new forward, as their fanbase expected and hoped for a new attacker to arrive before the window slammed shut. For weeks now, the Gunners have seen links to numerous forwards, although there was only a chance Reiss Nelson had left.
