The 27-year-old faces an uncertain future at the Santiago Bernabeu due to his dwindling minutes this season. Meanwhile, the Colchoneros are ready to shell out €15-18 million to secure his services in the summer transfer window.
Dani Ceballos and his Real Madrid frustrations
Dani Ceballos has endured a frustrating spell since joining Real Madrid from Real Betis in July 2017. The Spaniard was one of the most promising young midfielders in the world when he arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu. But the presence of world-class midfielders like Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, and Federico Valverde, among others, has hampered his game time.
The 27-year-old has never been a first-choice midfielder for Real Madrid and only enjoyed an extended run as a starter when he spent two years on loan at Arsenal. While the 27-year-old Spaniard has not enjoyed his spell with Real Madrid, he is still a serviceable asset.
