Tottenham want Michael Olise

Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing the Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise.

According to a report from HITC, Tottenham have now joined Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool in the race to sign the 22-year-old French winger. Olise has established himself as an important player for Crystal Palace and his performances have attracted the attention of the top clubs.

Spurs could certainly use more depth in the wide areas and the 22-year-old Frenchman is capable of operating on either flank. He has the technical attributes and passing ability to slot into the number ten role as well.

Olise is expected to develop into a top-class player with the right coaching and guidance. He could develop into a key player for Tottenham in the coming seasons.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are keen on signing the winger as well. They need to add more depth to their attack and Mikel Arteta has not been able to rotate players like Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. Olise will not only add more depth to the side, his ability to slot into multiple roles would add more tactical flexibility to the side as well.

The opportunity to join a big club will be a tempting proposition for the young winger and it remains to be seen where he ends up.

Crystal Palace are unlikely to sanction his departure midway through the season and therefore any move would have to wait until the summer transfer window.

Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with the player as well. Liverpool need more specialist wingers at their disposal apart from Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz. Olise would be a solid long term investment for them.

Working with a world-class manager like Jurgen Klopp could help the Frenchman fulfil his tremendous potential.

As far as Manchester are concerned, they need upgrades on Jadon Sancho and Antony. The French winger certainly fits the profile and it remains to be seen whether the Red Devils can win the race for his signature.

The 22-year-old winger has five goals and an assist to his name in nine Premier League matches this season.
