Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on sending Jude Soonsup-Bell on loan in the January transfer window.
According to Fabrizio Romano, a number of clubs are keen on signing Jude Soonsup-Bell this month. Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to send the 19-year-old prospect out on loan so that he can get regular first-team experience.
Jude Soonsup-Bell in Demand
The talented youngster has nine goals and five assists so far in 12 appearances for the Tottenham Under-21. That has not gone unnoticed, and clubs from the EFL Championship and League One are keen on signing him.
Jude Soonsup-Bell is highly rated in England, and he has a big future ahead of him. He could develop into a top-class player for Tottenham with the right coaching and guidance. However, the 19-year-old needs ample first-team exposure to continue his development.
Spurs will not be able to provide him with that opportunity. So, it is ideal for him to go out on loan. Regular football in the EFL Championship during the second half of the season could accelerate his development and fulfil his tremendous potential.
Tottenham need more depth in the attacking unit, and the 19-year-old will be hoping to force his way into the first-team setup next season. But in the short-term, they are showing interested in more experienced attackers like Hwang Hee-chan.
