Matt Turner misses out for Arsenal against PSV Eindhoven as Aaron Ramsdale makes his European debut, while Granit Xhaka is preferred in midfield.
Mikel Arteta has fielded a strong team to face PSV Eindhoven in a crucial game for Arsenal. There are a few changes to the team from the weekend, including a forced one. Matt Turner misses out on the squad, while Gabriel Magalhaes is rested.
Aaron Ramsdale makes his European debut and takes Turner’s place between the sticks. Arteta has gone with a strong back-four, with Takehiro Tomiyasu featuring at right back. William Saliba retains his place in the eleven and partners Rob Holding at the heart of the Arsenal defence. Kieran Tierney returns in the left-back spot.

Albert Sambi Lokonga will be the holding midfielder for the Gunners. The Belgian will have Granit Xhaka and Martin Odegaard for company on either side in the middle of the park. Fabio Vieira is chosen to start in the front three in place of Bukayo Saka, possibly on the right flank.
Gabriel Martinelli is preferred as the attacking option on the left side of the front three. Finally, Eddie Nketiah leads the line for Arsenal against PSV, with Gabriel Jesus an option off the bench.
