Jurgen Klopp has made nine changes to the side that was beaten by Wolves in the FA Cup, with Sadio Mane making his 100th appearance for Liverpool against Brighton.
The changes start right from the back, with Alisson Becker replacing Simon Mignolet in goal. Fabinho is the only player to have retained his place in the back four, with Virgil van Dijk his partner, while Andrew Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold are the full-backs.
Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane return too, with Mane featuring for the 100th time in the Liverpool red. Xherdan Shaqiri is the second player to have retained his spot from Monday’s fixture, while Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum start in midfield.
