Jurgen Klopp has made two changes to the side that drew against Tottenham as Liverpool prepare to face Southampton.
Joel Matip and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are the players returning to the starting lineup, with Jordan Henderson and Dejan Lovren making way. Emre Can has been handed the captain’s armband by the Liverpool boss.
For Southampton, Ryan Bertrand dons the armband, with in-form James Ward-Prowse starting as well.
