Liverpool FC fans held nothing back as they exploded with anger on Twitter following the 2-0 defeat to West Ham United. And now even Philippe Coutinho was spared.
Liverpool FC’s honeymoon period under Jurgen Klopp is well and truly over, and it looks like having blamed the manager previously, the fans are in no mood to let the players get away with it.
The manager has already stoked the fire by claiming that the players did not put in their full effort in an incredibly frank post match conference.
It looks like the fans share the sentiments. Not even the best player in the squad was spared as Coutinho, Benteke, Lallana all came under the fire of the fans’ fury.
Here are some of the tweets
#LFC in dire need of a game changer. Coutinho, for all his abilities, isn’t currently that player

And we cannot rely on Coutinho as our best player with inconsistencies he shows just like we can’t rely on Sturridge with his injury issues a Siddharth Juyal (@_Sid_J) January 2, 2016
Too many frustrating elements in our squad. Way too many.

Coutinho’s had over half dozen shots that have either been blocked or sailed over the bar.

Christian Benteke isn't very good is he? Are you better than the Belgian?

I just go on my phone when the ball goes towards Benteke

Christian Benteke’s game by numbers: 0 shots on target 75% pass accuracy 0 take-ons 15% aerial duels won (2/13) Not at his best.

Taken in isolation, the difference between the fees #LFC paid for Carroll and Benteke seems about right. a Jim Boardman (@JimBoardman) January 2, 2016
Lallana defeats the purpose and the very definition of an attacking midfielder. His dallying on the ball allows opp. time, losing momentum.

Adam Lallana is one of the worst signings in recent PL history. A?25m & he offers nothing. Not creative, not clincal. But he does fancy turns. a ReviewFootball (@ReviewFootball) January 2, 2016
I cant believe Firmino is playing every game for Liverpool. Worst attacking player in their team. Lallana wide would have been better.
