Manchester City are already lining up a move and eyeing West Ham’s loanee Alex Song, according to The Guardian. Alex Song is currently on loan from parent club Barcelona after failing to impress bosses in the Catalan club. Alex Song has also been identified as a target to replace Frank Lampard, by Manchester City.
