Willian has so far been player of the season for Chelsea and his perfect free kick put Chelsea 2-nil up against Israeli side Maccabi Tel-Aviv in an eventual 4- nil win for the Blues.
Chelsea look to have found a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy season with a second week this week, this time in the Champions League against Group G whipping boys Maccabi Tel-Aviv. After the match, the Stamford Bridge outfit moved joint top of the group with FC Porto on 10 points.
The Blues free kick specialist, 27 year old Brazilian midfielder Willian, whipped one in from a few yards out from the penalty area. Willian has now scored 6 goals from free kicks in all competitions. Here’s a video of his latest.
