Steven Gerrard has revealed the cold relationship between him and former manager Rafael Benitez in his new autobiography.
The former Liverpool FC captain had his best years under the Spaniard who is now in charge of Real Madrid. The pair won the UEFA Champions League and an FA Cup together, besides helping Liverpool FC become the number one team in the UEFA co-efficient rankings after a string of fantastic European performances.
However, Gerrard has revealed in his upcoming book that the manager and him did not share the warmest of relationships, before going on to admit that he did not care about it as Benitez bought the best out of him.
