Speaking on the Monday Night Football on Sky Sports, Gary Neville has hailed the amazing transformation of Tottenham Hotspur under Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs ran out 4-1 winners at the weekend against Manchester City. However, the win only proved to be the result of the hard work put in by Pochettino, who has transformed the culture in the London based side’s squad.

Neville said that the Argentine had got ride of some a really bad charactersa in Emmanuel Adebayor, Aaron Lennon and Paulinho and also managed to bring down the average age of the squad from 26.2 in 2013-14 to 23.6.
