Ivan Rakitic has certainly settled himself into the FC Barcelona squad quite well. He has become one of the first names to named by manager Luis Enrique, for his midfield lineup.
The Croatian international proved his worth to the Catalan side yet again, by scoring a scorcher of a goal from more than 20 yards out. Rakitic’s 62nd minute strike put FC Barcelona 2-0 ahead of Deportivo la Coru a in the second half.
However, the Turcos found their way back in the match late in the second half, with goals from Lucas Perez and Alejandro Bergantinos.
